Sheet metal laser cutting
Ambroz offers laser cutting of sheet metal as part of its production of precision metal products. Our laser is suitable for cutting thin and medium thick sheets up to 12 mm thick and 3 meters in length.
Sheet metal CNC-punching
Punching sheet metal potentially is a faster and cheaper method than laser cutting, depending on part complexity and batch size. Simpler profiles and larger volumes are ideally suited to punching.
An additional benefit is that punching machines can generate simply-formed features such as dimples, louvres, logo indentations, and knock-outs, thereby avoiding the need for additional operations.

Ambroz’s automated CNC punching machine Amada is capable of punching materials at thicknesses up to 5 mm.
